Easter and a Northern Ireland invasion....
After a few days of recovery - I feel that I am ready to be BACK. It's amazing how 6 weeks without your husband, straight into 3 weeks of sleepless "THORN" nights, Easter (50 million services), guests (whom we LOVE), a trip to Hilton Head, a trip to Savannah and then a weekend in the Worship Center... will just wear you down.
Yes, I'm still in my P.J's.
However, I feel like today, I just might make headway into the land of "normal". I got my bank account balanced (yikes.), the bills paid (double yikes.), got a pile of emails at a place where people aren't' going to explode if I don't email them back, a post to the blog, and (sigh.) joined facebook. (Mainly because my boss said I had to... not because I want to be THAT connected to anyone. I'm a reluctant "connector". And no, I don't twitter, either. I'd rather be anonymous, quiet and in my bed - at least today. ok - NO - I'm not depressed - save the emails, please :) I just rather would be at home connecting with my precious little family, that's all! And despite everything you think, I'm an introverted nerd and the only thing that makes me cool is Jesus and being friends with you.) :) Back to the plot - we had a FANTASTIC visit with the "Norn Iron" crew over Easter and I even got some coveted "sister time" over night in Savannah with Tori (check out our B&B pics!) What a dream. She spent the majority of 48 hours helping me with my suffering wardrobe thanks to birthday money from my sweet Greg. Sisters are the best... and now I look cool, thanks to her. :)
During this time of insanity, but not to be overshadowed by it, there was a visit from the Robinsons (LOVE them!), Brody's first Easter Egg hunt (see video), and precious, precious time with my parents, sister, and her amazing family. I can't say enough about how blessed I feel to have such an incredible family. Once again, God has given me more than I could ask or imagine.

p.p.s. ethan is a grown man - when did that happen?!
We love you too! I am just as much in a tailspin with comings and goings. Were you a mirage? ;-) We'll connect soon...outside of facebook.
