As you know, we're pretty passionate about worshipping Jesus around here. Music is what I do. Worship is how I express it. So, needless to say, the kids love music and all things involved. So, while having a guitar dual and sing fest on Saturday, Brody and I found ourselves in my home office, both eyeing the piano. In a rush to "win the piano", he ran across the room, tried to pull the piano bench out from under the piano, and quickly found the legs stuck in the grout line of the tile. Before I could grab it, it fell over and landed on his foot. The rest is orthopedic history...a broken 2nd metatarsal. I guess it's just one more reason he'll never be able to say worshipping Jesus didn't change his life.

so sorry to hear about your foot Brody, but how many kids get to see under their skin!? Cool looking cast! Glad to see your smile is still there. :-) With love & hugs, Mr. & Mrs. E
That is exactly what West broke!!!! Bless his heart. I hope he does as well as West did, honestly didn't phase him a bit. By the end of the couple of weeks he had worn a hole nearly through the bottom of the cast. Riding his bike, soccer, you name it, he did it all! Praying for a quick recovery!
Oh man! Poor little fella...poor mommy! Now I am wondering if he still has it on at Disney? Probably not! Hope it all healed nicely!
