Laughable.....

Today was one of those days that if Brody could have laughed himself to sleep, he would have. For whatever reason, some days are just funnier than others. At one point today, he was napping in his playpen in my office. Forgetting he was in there (he is the second child), I walked in and turned on the lights. He opened his eyes and, to my shock - rather than bursting into tears for interrupting his nap, he exploded in laughter. (And so did his mother.) After school, Ethan kept him in stitches for most of the day. This evening, when he was praying he said,

"Dear Lord, Thank you for Brody that he is laughable, outrageous and funny."

And boy, we are thankful - for them both.
