And he's off...

My big (little) boy left on Saturday for two weeks in Northern Ireland. Although he flew over with Mom and Dad and will be staying with my sister and her family... it sure does seem a very "big boy" thing to do. With passport in hand, I kissed him goodbye and felt like I was sending him to college.

We've been pretty busy here with the Thorn (I'd say since about the middle of January), so it continues to keep my mind occupied... but when little brother broke down last night and was crying "Bubba!!! Buuuuubbaaaaa!!!!" it was about all my heart could take.

We're all missing him, but are SOO excited he's had the opportunity to go.
